YLI Partners with CivXNow!
The Youth Leadership Initiative (YLI) joints the CIVXNow Coalition to promote civic education.
The Youth Leadership Initiative is proud to announce that it has been welcomed into partnership with the CivXNow Coalition. The CivXNow Coalition pledges to help every school in the nation fill its historic and vital civic mission. The organizations included in the alliance promise to ensure that every young person acquires the civic knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary for informed and authentic civic engagement.
The mission fits well within YLI's objective of providing the best civics resources to educators so that they can excite, engage, and empower a lifetime of civic engagement. YLI will share its resources and talent with CivXNow member organizations in an effort to widen the impact of our materials as well as promote partner resources to YLI educators.
Other CivXNow partners include iCivics, Annenberg Public Policy Center, AFT Share My Lesson, the Center for Civic Education and many more. YLI hopes this will provide its educators with more one-stop-shopping for FREE effective resources for their classrooms.
